Sparring Rules
One of the main goals during free sparring is safety. For this
reason, the following rules will be strictly enforced:

Light contact

No kicks or punches below the belt or the back.

No hand techniques to the head (except red belt and higher).

No grabbing (except black belt and higher).

All moves must exhibit good form. No careless swinging or blind
techniques.

Stay in your sparring area and do not hit walls, mirrors, or
other people sparring.
