Tara Miller

Mrs. Tara Miller is a 5^th Degree Black Belt and also played a key role in the development of Midtown Taekwondo. Mrs. Miller began her training in 1989 at age 7, in Little Rock, AR. Among her major awards are: Gold Medallist at the 1996 GTF World Games in Scotland; Silver Medallist at the 1998 AAU National Championships; Silver medallist at the 2002 and Gold Medallist at the 2003 and 2004 USTL National Championship; 1995 USTF National Champion; 1998, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2009 CTF National Champion; CTF Competitor of the Year in 2003 and 2009; CTF Coach of the Year in 2004 and 2008. Mrs. Miller began instructing in 1992, and is a certified instructor and master level referee with the Choong Sil Taekwondo Federation. She received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Memphis in May 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Education from Christian Brothers University in 2007.
