HAVE A HEALTHY THANKSGIVING!!
With all the wonderful foods and great company,
it can be hard to stay healthy and active during the holidays.
These tips can help.

1. Don’t arrive hungry.
Eat a healthy breakfast and lunch to keep you feeling satisfied.

2.  Watch your portion size.
Avoid thinking of the meal as an “All-you-can-eat” buffet.

3. Drink plenty of water.
It is very important to stay hydrated throughout the day.

4. Get Active!
Work off those extra calories! Practice your Taekwondo or gather your family and friends and go outside to play
football or take a walk around the neighborhood.
