School's Out...We have a day camp!

 Monday, January 20th
7:30am - 6:00pm
$35 per child/$30 per sibling
Drop your kids off for a fun filled day.
Please send a snack and a sack lunch.

We would like to wish everyone a happy new year filled with many blessings.

This year, make a resolution to stay healthy!
These tips will help:

Get enough sleep - A minimum of 8-9 hours a night
Eat a healthy diet - At least 5 - 7 servings of vegetables daily.
Drink plenty of water - At least half of your body weight in ounces per day.
Wash your hands - The best way to reduce the spreading of germs.
Get up and exercise - Taekwondo is a great way to exercise your body and mind!
In order to set goals, we must use our imagination to visualize what it is that we want to accomplish, like getting our Black Belt.  Then we must think about the smaller steps, like practicing our technique and improving our sparring, that we must take in order to reach the final product.  Using our imagination during the goal setting process helps us envision what it is that we want to accomplish.  Imagining ourselves reaching our goals is what keeps us motivated to work hard and finish the journey.
The Midtown Taekwondo Scholarship Fund is looking for people who are interested in volunteering for the upcoming year.  We will host several great events throughout 2020, and have opportunities to help several areas.  We would love for you to get involved!  Please email the board at mtkdscholarship@gmail.com to have your name added to our list of volunteers.
